Sir/Madam
This is in continuation of our letter of even
reference dated January 30′ 2012, inviting car parking option and allotment on medical (disability) ground. Requests are
pouring in to conduct the draw of lots at Mohali Project Site which have
been discussed in PMC meeting held on

Accordingly,
it has been decided that final say will be of the majority of beneficiaries who
will opt for the venue of draw. CGEWHO will
conduct the draw of lot as per decision conveyed by majority of the
beneficiaries of Mohali (Phase-l) beneficiaries who forward the option. Please note that a computerized draw can be held at New
Delhi in Head Office of CGEWHO since our IT Cell are used to conduct draw of lots thr. randomized number method.
In case the draw of lots as per the
majority options are to be conducted at Project Office at Mohali-I then draw
will be conducted through manual
process. The Draw process as the case may be will be displayed in the
website prior to the conduct of draw of lots.

Parking. It is intimated that only 300 car parking will be provisioned instead
of 302 as informed vide our letter No. A-50612 dated 30/01/2012.
