CAT, Bangalore branch said on the sidelines of a press meet that the form can be downloaded and the applicant can fill it in by clicking the relevant boxes. The respondent can also log on and fill it up.
“A new software is being developed,” said Suresh. He said the tribunal covers more than 500 central organizations and the average disposal time of an application at the tribunal varies anywhere between six months to a year, depending on the case.
