In Nakara Judgement Honble Supreme Court has laid down what Govt has to look after their employees and Pensioners and their family members in respect of health. In Railways health unit are far away .Referral hospitals are not given.Increase of medical allowance is not approves saying one dept did not agree.Pay Commision should have considered other dept and should have recommended.

Our FM is thinking all central govt employees as fools and height of arrogance is reflected in his comment. They will be paid back in next elections of UP assembly next year where they will be whitewashed.

1).The most important point is to pay pensions at Option 1, recommended by the 7th CPC. This is to ensure full parity which was stated by the Vth CPC as a 'desirable goal to be achieved over a period of time'.
2).Those, whose posts were upgraded and who have all along been denied their due and legitimate pensions, must be paid pension on the basis of POST held. This sound principle had been unequivocally declared for parity among pensioners, IRRESPECTIVE OF THE DATE OF THEIR RETIREMENT, under DoP&PW OM of 17.12.1998. The principle has also been accepted in OROP. This should be applied without any discrimination. To quote an example, the Superintending Engineer, CPWD(and equivalent posts in Central Engineering Services, such as the Dy. Director, Survey of India) must be paid pension on the scale Rs. 14,300 to 18,300(VCPC terms)i.e. Level 13 ,irrespective of the date of their retirement.
3). The existing Anomalies must be sorted out without any further delay.
4). The points placed before the Empowered Committee by this Association but not sorted out must now be considered by the concerned Departments to remove genuine grievances.
5). The benefits of 2009 Orders of NF Upgradation specifically made applicable to pensioners also must not be illegitimately denied to Pre-2006 Retiree Officers.
