Pre-revised 6th CPC Pay Band 3 – 15600-39100 Grade Pay 5400, 6600 & 7600

Multiplication factor for all employees ,as recommended n accepted is 2.57 only. For determination of minimum pay of PB3 , considering rationalisation , 2.67 has been used by PC.

सातवे वेतन आयोग की सिफरिशों मे से पुर्नगठन सूचकांक (rationalization and indexing) को सरकार ने नोटिफिकेशन मे गायब कर दिया है..इसके इसके अनुसार अलग अलग पे बैण्ड एवं अलग अलग ग्रेड पे का multifunction factor अलग अलग था | पे बैण्ड 3 के लिये multifunction factor 2.67 था जो अब 2.57 रह गया है इससे अब इस पे बैण्ड के लोगों को रु 8000 से रू 12000 प्रतिमाह का नुकसान होगा
