  • The latest order of Ministry of Finance along with comments of the nodal dept.Dopt .dated 9th January 2019 on MACP scheme is very disappointing to those who were deprived of the benefit & waiting for justice on the basis of hon,ble Supreme Court judgement of Dec.2017 & Mumbai High court judgement of Oct. 2018. The arguments put forth by the nodal agency were not found tenable by the Supreme Court & as such orders were passed against Union of India in the matter. To repeat the for further denial does not seem justified.
