Subject: Alert/Caution on training circulars issued by non-recognised entitites – reg.
Sir/ Madam,
Department of Personnel and Training, Government of India is in receipt of letter dated 17.12.2025 (enclosed) from Parliamentary and Administrative Research Institute (PARI) Training Institute Bhikaji Cama Place, New Delhi requesting for nominations for mid-level, senior-level officers, CVOs etc. for the international training Programme on Anti-Corruption and Good Governance in the Era of Artificial Intelligence (Al)”, to be organized in collaboration with the International Anti-Corruption Academy (IACA), Laxenburg, Vienna, Austria, from February 21st to 28th, 2026.
2. It is informed that this Department has not entered into any MoU with the aforementioned institute to conduct any form of training for civil servants. Accordingly, Ministries/Departments/States/UTs are advised to exercise caution when dealing with training related circulars received from such entities.
3. It is further reiterated that the instructions with respect to foreign training issued vide this Department O.M. dated 01.04.2021 are still in force until further orders.
4. This is issued with the approval of competent authority.
