REQUEST FOR FORGET PASSWORD FOR ONLINE 64KB ECHS SMART CARD APPLICATION
1. It is pertinent to note that a large number of ESM / Primary Beneficiary are requesting for resetting of password as they have forgotten their password. To tide over this problem who have forgotten or lost their password, the following action is recommended :
1.1 ESM / Primary Beneficiary to send E-mail from their registered email id with subject FORGET PASSWORD to jditechs2[at]echs.gov.in at CO ECHS or respective ECHS Regional Centre.
1.2 Incase ESM/ Primary Beneficiary is not having registered email ID then is requested to share copy of PPO.
2. On receipt of above mentioned details and validation of credentials, fresh password will be shared. This activity can be done by respective RC and CO ECHS.
3. This letter supersedes all letters issued earlier by Central Organisation ECHS regarding forget password. This information is to be disseminated to all Polyclinics and displayed at prominent places for information of ECHS Beneficiaries.
