| 1. | Indian Civil Accounts Service | CRC meeting held on July 17, 2013. Recommendation of CRC approved by MOS (PP), referred to DoE on 21.8.2013 for taking approval of Cabinet. in view of observation of PMO and Cabinet Secretariat on the CPSMS post, DoE had sought comments of DoPT. Comments of DoPT after holding meeting on 26.08.2014 have been conveyed to DoE. |
| 2. | Railway Protection Force | CRC meeting held on July 29, 2013. Decision with the approval of MOS (PP) and FM has been communicated to the Ministry of Railways for taking Cabinet approval. |
| 3. | Indian Naval Material Management Service | The CRC meeting held on 24th October, 2013. Approval of MOS (PP) and FM has been conveyed to Ministry of Defence on 4th March 2014 for taking Cabinet approval. |
| 4. | Indian Statistical Service | CRC meeting held on 24.06.2014. Approval of MoS (PP) and FM has been conveyed to Ministry of Statistics Proramme Implementation for taking Cabinet approval. |
| 5. | Indian Trade Service | CRC meeting held on 06.05.2014. Approval of MoS (PP) and FM has been conveyed to Ministry of Commerce & Industry for taking Cabinet approval. |
| 6. | Indian Information Service | CRC meeting held on 30.07.2014. Approval of MOS (PP) and FM has been conveyed to Ministry of information Broadcasting for taking Cabinet approval. |

| 7. | Defence Aeronautical Quality Assurance Service | Approval of Secretary (P) has been obtained and the cadre review committee meeting is to be held on 8th January, 2014. |

| 8. | Indian Postal Service | Proposal received on 19.09.2014. An ID note dated 30th September, 2014 seeking clarifications has been issued Reply received on 14.11.14 which is under examination. |
| 9. | Border Road Engineering Service | Proposal received on 10.10.2014. By ID note dated 28th October, 2014, the proposal has been returned to MoRTH, as it lacked many essential features. The proposal has been re submitted which is under examination. |

A revised structure suggested to MoRTH for their comments. Reply from MoRTH is awaited. |
