No Regularisation of contractual staff in Doordarshan & All India Radio

a) Whether Government has any plan to recruit a large number of staff on contractual basis in Doordarshan and All India Radio;

b) If so, the details thereof;

c) whether Government has any plan to regularise the contractual staff working in the Public Broadcasters like Doordarshan and All India Radio; and

d) if so, the details thereof, and if not, the reasons thereof ?

(a) & (b) Prasar Bharati has informed that engagement of contractual staff in All India Radio and Doordarshan is a continuous process on requirement basis. At present no such large requirement is envisaged.

(c) & (d) No Sir. The Prasar Bharati has informed that the services of these personnel have been hired on contractual basis only, and not for regular postings.

क्यार सूचना और प्रसारण मंत्री यह बताने की कृपा करेंगे कि:


(क) क्या  सरकार की दूरदर्शन और ऑल इंडिया रेडियो में ठेके के आधार पर अधिक संख्याश में कर्मचारियों की भर्ती की कोई योजना है; 
(ख) यदि हां, तो तत्संोबंधी ब्यौेरा क्या  है; 
(ग) क्याय सरकार की दूरदर्शन और ऑल इंडिया रेडियो जैसे सार्वजनिक प्रसारकों में ठेके पर कार्य कर रहे कर्मचारियों को नियमित करने की कोई योजना है; और  
(घ) यदि हां, तो तत्संिबंधी ब्यौारा क्या् है; और यदि नहीं, तो इसके क्या  कारण हैं?

(क) एवं (ख): प्रसार भारती ने सूचित किया है कि आकाशवाणी और दूरदर्शन में संविदाबद्ध कर्मियों को कार्य में लगाना आवश्यपकता पर आधारित एक सतत प्रक्रि या है। फिलहाल, ऐसी किसी बड़ी आवश्कआयता की परिकल्परना नहीं है। 


(ग) एवं (घ): जी, नहीं। प्रसार भारती ने सूचित किया है कि इन कार्मिकों की सेवाएं केवल संविदा-आधार पर ली गई हैं, न कि नियमित तैनातियों हेतु।
