CCS (Redeployment of Surplus Staff) Rules, 1990 – regarding.

Objection Certificate (NOC)/ Non Availability Certificate (NAC)” from the Surplus Cell
(now Retraining and Redeployment Division) of the Department of Personnel &
Training for filling up the posts through direct recruitment.
