Subject : – Freezing of Dearness Allowance to employees drawing CDA pay scales at current rates till July, 2021-regarding.
The undersigned is directed to forward herewith a copy of the Department of Expenditure (DOE)’s OM No. 1/1/2020-E.II(B) dated 23rd April, 2020 regarding freezing of Dearness Allowance/Dearness Relief of Central Government employees and Pensioners, for bringing the same to the notice of Central Public Sectors Enterprises(CPSEs), under your administrative control for necessary action.
