Sub: Grant of Entry Pay in Cadre of Organized Accounts Cadre at par with Direct Recruits Employees in the different Grades – Request for information-reg.
Reference is invited to Ministry of Finance, Department of Expenditure O.M, No. 3-5/2019-E.IIIA dated 4.12.2020 (copy enclosed) on the subject mentioned above vide which detailed information on the following points were sought:
(1) Details of different grades in which employees have submitted requests for extension of benefits of the instructions contained in DoE’’s O.M. dated 28.09.2018.
(ii) Numbers of such employees-category-wise alongwith the separate details of the employees who have submitted request for revision of option.
(iii) The concrete examples of employees eligible for these benefits.
(iv) Financial implications involved with and without change of option.
In this regard the Departmentalized Accounts Offices of Ministries/ Departments are requested to provide details on above points in the proforma enclosed to this office latest by 31.01.2021 for onwards transmission to Department of Expenditure:
