OFFICE MEMORANDUM
Subject: Empanelment of Private Health Care Organizations (HCOs) under Continuous Empanelment Scheme, 2017 & 2022 under CGHS Ranchi.
With regard to the Directorate’s (DGHS) Office Memorandum No. S.11045/36/2012-CGHS (HEC) dated 26/12/2017 & O.M. No. S.11011/09/2022/CGHS (HEC) dated 13/09/2022 regarding empanelment of private Health Care Organizations (HCOs) under continuous empanelment scheme, the undersigned is to convey that in addition to the list of hospitals (including dental clinics, eye centres and diagnostic laboratories already empanelled), MEDANTA ABDUR RAZZAQUE ANSARI MEMORIAL WEAVERS HOSPITAL, P.O. Irba, P.S. Ormanjhi, Ranchi, Jharkhand-835217 as per the Annexure to this OM has also been empanelled under CGHS Ranchi with the issuance of this order. The newly empanelled hospital may be treated as included in the existing list of empanelled Health Care Organization under CGHS Ranchi on the terms and conditions as have been indicated in the Office Memorandum dated 26/12/2017. The empanelment shall be for a period of two years from the date of issue of this Office Memorandum or till finalization of new empanelment whichever is earlier.
MEDANTA ABDUR RAZZAQUE ANSARI MEMORIAL WEAVERS HOSPITAL, the Health Care Organization (HCO) who has qualified for empanelment under CGHS Ranchi has signed the Memorandum of Agreement with CGHS Ranchi and has accepted the rates of 2021 of CGHS Ranchi.
