Subject: Amendment in Rule 19 (Hospital Leave) of Section V of Civil Defence Services (Industrial Employees) Leave Rules, 1954 — reg
The undersigned is directed to state that Rule 19 of Section V of Civil Defence Services (Industrial Employees) Leave Rules, 1954 stands amended as:-
“Hospital Leave is replaced with Work Related Illness and Injury Leave (WRIIL) in terms of the provisions contained in Rule 44 of CCS (Leave) Rules 1972, amended vide DoP&T’s Notification dated 11.12.2018″
2 This will take effect from the date of issue of this letter.
