Employees’ Pension (Amendment) Scheme, 2025 -Special provision in respect of Employees’ Enrolment Campaign, 2025: Notification dated 27.10.2025

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 27th October, 2025
G.S.R. 791(E).––– In exercise of powers conferred by section 6A read with sub-section (1) of section 7 of the Employees’ Provident Funds and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952 (19 of 1952), the Central Government hereby makes the following Scheme further to amend the Employees’ Pension Scheme, 1995, namely:––
1. Short title and commencement.— (1) This Scheme may be called the Employees’ Pension (Amendment) Scheme, 2025.
(2) It shall come into force on the 1st day of November, 2025 and shall cease to operate on the 30th day of April, 2026.
2. In the Employees’ Pension Scheme, 1995, after paragraph 43-B, the following paragraph shall be inserted, namely: ––
“43C. Special provision in respect of Employees’ Enrolment Campaign, 2025. –– The exceptions and modifications subject to which the provisions of this Scheme shall apply, in relation to the employees’ whose membership have been declared under paragraph 82B of the Employees’ Provident Funds Scheme, 1952, in accordance with the Employees’ Enrolment Campaign, 2025, shall be as follows, namely:––
In paragraph 5, after sub-paragraph (1), the following Table shall be inserted, namely:––
“TABLE
(Applicable for remittances in respect of valid declarations under Employees’ Enrolment Campaign, 2025)

| Between the 1st day of July, 2017 to the 31st day of October, 2025. | One hundred rupees only lump sum, provided that payment of one hundred rupees under the special provision for the Employees’ Enrolment Campaign, 2025 under any of the three Schemes i.e. the Employees’ Provident Funds Scheme, 1952, the Employees’ Deposit Linked Insurance Scheme, 1976, the Employees’ Pension Scheme, 1995 shall be construed as compliance to the requirement under this Table”.” |

Note:- The Employees’ Pension Scheme, 1995 was published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, sub-section (i), vide number G.S.R. 748(E), dated the 16th November, 1995 and was last amended vide notification no. G.S.R. 327(E) dated 14th June, 2024.

When minimum pension will be revised when it will be notified by central government
How long Hon’ble PM will make EPS95 members fool ? Why Govt. is not refunding our money. My age is 70 years and served the Nation 39 years and getting EPS Rs.2268/- pm. Sorry to say this Govt. only doing marketing job perfectly.

What will be fate of EPS 95 scheme, the labour dept. What action has taken under EPS 95 the retirees sector is expecting there enhance pension which was implemented minimum ₹1000,now inflammation market how it will possible to run their live,so, kindly look into the mater and pay consent in this regard
There are news coming that EPS 95 scheme is going to change that min pension will be min 7500/- instead of Rs 1000/- presently. How far it is correct
This steps practically by government a historic forever and always remember in labour welfare policy of present government, hope, government sure will also take step to increase minimum pension pf 95,Thanks.

क्या विश्व मे कोई ऐसा देश है जहाँ दैनिक भत्ता या अंतरिम राहत अथवा पे कमीशन निर्धारित समय पर दिया जाता है! यदि ऐसा नही है तो यह नियम भारतवर्ष मे लागू करके एक विश्व रिकॉर्ड बनाया जा सकता है! ताकि हमारी सरकार को एरियर न देना पड़े!विश्व को भारतवर्ष द्वारा दिया गया सन्देश विश्व गुरु बनाने मे सहायक सिद्ध हो सकता है!

भारत वर्ष में वेतन आयोग प्रति आठ वर्ष के अंतराल पर गठित एवं लागू किए जाने का प्रावधान तीसरे वेतन आयोग के समय किया गया था क्योंकि तब बारह वर्षों बाद वेतन निर्धारण हुआ था अब चूंकि छठे वेतन आयोग के पश्चात केंद्रीय कर्मियों का वेतन अच्छा हो गया है तो सभी के आंख में किरकिरी आ रही है। कभी सरकारी बैंकों के आयोग, वेतन अन्य उद्योग जिसे PSU कहते हैं कोल इंडिया इत्यादि के वेतनमान जांचे हैं पहले एक बार उन्हें भी देख लो
कोई 15 लाख मांग रहा है, हर किसी को केवल सरकारी नौकरी और बोनस चाहिए हर किसी को ज्यादा तनख्वाह चाहिए DA दो बार बढ़ता है लेकिन किसी ने सोचा है सही समय पर ड्यूटी पहुंच के सही समय तक पूरा काम किया हो फर्जी बिल बनाते हैं काम करते नहीं है नेतागिरी करते हैं ऐसी व्यवस्था में ye ठीक नहीं है l सच में सरकारी कर्मचारियों ने व्यवस्था का क्या हाल बनाहैरखा है यह उपभोक्ता/ बाकि जनता का व्यक्ति ठीक से बता देगाl
कोविड मे जब तुम और सभी निजी कम्पनी मे कार्य करने वाले घरो मे सुरक्षित पड़े थे तो यही सरकारी कर्मचारी सर पर कफन बाँध कर तुम लोग सुरक्षित रहो भारत का अर्थ व्यवस्था और प्रशानिक व्यवस्था ना चरमरा जाय इसलिए अपने जीवन का बलिदान दे रहे थे|
