Sub : Engagement of retired State Government officials in exigencies of services in projects where land acquisition is involved.
Ref : Board’s letter No. E(NG)II/2020/R.C-412 (Pt.2) dated 08.02.2024 (RBE No.12/2024)
In continuation of this office letter of even number dated 08.02.2024 (RBE No. 12/2024), the Competent Authority has decided to extend the validity of the instructions issued vide RBE No. 12/2024 for a further period of two years beyond 21.02.2026, i.e., up to 21.02.2028. All other terms and conditions of RBE No. 12/2024 shall remain unchanged.
