OFFICE MEMORANDUM

Subject: Fresh Empanelment of 27 Exclusive Dental Centres under CGHS Delhi & NCR.

In pursuance of CGHS Office Memoranduın dated 22.12.2025, issued by the Central Government Health Scheme (CGHS), the undersigned is directed to convey that, the Exclusive Dental Centres listed in Annexure-A (27 Exclusive Dental Centres) are hereby freshly/newly empanelled under CGHS in Delhi & NCR.

The empanelment shall remain valid for a period of three (03) years from the date of issue of this Office Memorandum. The empanelment is subject to the terms and conditions stipulated in the Office Memorandum dated 22.12.2025. The empanelled hospitals shall strictly adhere to all the terms and conditions mentioned therein, as well as to the guidelines/instructions issued by CGHS from time to time.

It is further clarified that the Health Care Organizations (HCOs) shall claim NABH rates only for those investigations/procedures which are duly NABH accredited.
