ORDER
Subject: Declaration of Appointing Authority, Disciplinary Authority, Appellate Authority and Revising Authority in respect of Group ‘B’ (Non-Gazetted) and Group ‘C’ Telecom Cadre posts of Department of Telecommunications under CCS (CCA) Rules, 1965.
Subsequent to the publication of the Recruitment Rules for the Telecom Cadre Group ‘B’ (Non-Gazetted) post of Junior Engineer (Telecom) and the Group ‘C’ posts of Telecom Assistant, Stenographer Grade-II and Lower Division Clerk in the Department of Telecommunications, and in pursuance of the Central Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1965 (as amended from time to time), it has been decided, with the approval of the Competent Authority, that the Appointing Authority, Disciplinary Authority, Appellate Authority and Revising Authority for these posts shall be as specified in the Schedule annexed hereto.

SCHEDULE
In respect of Telecom Cadre Group ‘B’ (Non- Gazetted) and Group ‘C’ posts in the Department of Telecommunications, the authority specified in column 3 shall be the Appointing Authority, and the authorities specified in the columns 4,6 and 7 shall be the Disciplinary Authority, Appellate Authority and Revising Authority, respectively, in respect of the penalties specified in column 5:
