(a) whether 5th Central Pay Commission has recommended for gradual civilianization of certain organizations where regular Army Officers are presently working along with civilians;
(b) if so, what are these organizations;
(c) whether Government has examined these recommendations and orders issued; and
(d) if not, the time-frame for the same?
