(In charge of the Region, including ZTIs)
(i) The DEOs who were eligible for appointment / conversion as on the date of notification of the Recruitment Rules of DPA are allowed the pay of DPA notionally from 30.5.2009 i.e. the date of notification of RRs and with financial benefits from the date of assumption of charge.
(ii) The DEOs who were subsequently appointed to the post of DPA consequent upon acquiring required education qualification within a period of two years are allowed the pay of DPA from the date of assumption of charge to the post of DPA.
