With reference on the above subject, approval is hereby granted to Dahiya Eye & Maternity Hospital, Old D.C. Road, Near HT Chowk. Sonepat-131001, empaneled under CGHS Delhi/NCR, as a Non-NABH Health Care Organization to be upgraded as a NABH Accredited Health Care Organization, w.e.f. 13th September, 2022.
2. The other terms and conditions of empanelment shall remain unchanged.
