Sub: Circulation of list of elected office bearers of CEC/AIOBCREF.
Ref: (i) All India OBC Railway Employees Federation’s letter No. AIOBCREF/CEC-ELECTION/2025 dated 02.09.2025.
(ii) Board’s letter No.2021-E(SCT)1/71/6(pt.) dated 14.01.2025.
In pursuance of the election of All India OBC Railway Employees’ Federation (AIOBCREF) for the post of office bearers of the Central Executive Committee (CEC) of AIOBCREF, held on 31.08.2025 in Bhopal as per the bye-laws, the newly elected President and General Secretary of the newly formed CEC/AIOBCREF vide their jointly signed letter dated 02.09.2025 have submitted a list of 12 (twelve) elected office bearers for circulation which is as under-

2. Based on the information/documents/certifications provided by the newly elected CEC/AIOBCREF vide their letter under reference and based on extent policy/guidelines, Board after careful consideration, has decided to circulate the above list. Accordingly, the same is circulated subject to the following conditions-
a) As per the bye-laws of AIOBCREF, the tenure of the CEC/AIOBCREF will be for a period of 02 two years from 01.10.2025 to 30.09.2027 or till formation of new body of CEC, whichever is earlier, subject to outcome of the court cases, if any.
b) Any office bearer of CEC/AIOBCREF if ceases from his railway service due to superannuation, VRS or any other reason during the tenure period of 02 (two) years of CEC/AIOBCREF, which will be counted from the date of circulation of this list, would stand discontinued as office bearers from the very next date of his retirement/ cessation of service along with discontinuation of facilities, since as per the existing Bye-laws, only serving employee can be member/ office bearer of AIOBCREF. Zonal Railways should immediately intimate Railway Board regarding such occurrence for taking necessary action.
3. This may please be brought to the notice of all concerned i.e. all Head of Departments in Head Quarter Office/Divisions, Workshops, Branches and Railway Recruitment Boards etc. falling under their jurisdiction for information and necessary action.
This issues with the approval of the Competent Authority.
