Subject: New features introduced on the iGOT Karmayogi platform reg.
The undersigned is directed to state that the iGOT Karmayogi platform, envisaged as the digital backbone of Mission Karmayogi for capacity building of civil servants, has been further strengthened with the introduction of advanced courses and programmes.
2. The details of the new features are as follows:
a. iGOT Marketplace: Launched on 26th December 2025, the iGOT Marketplace offers top-quality, advanced courses provided by eminent national and international universities, available free of cost to iGOT users, subject to threshold Karma Points. Aligned with the Mission Karmayogi’s principle of democratised and decentralised learning, the iGOT Marketplace provides access to top-of-the-line courses that cater to the behavioural and functional learning needs of government functionaries, from field-level staff to senior executives.
b. iGOT Specializations: provide structured, role-aligned learning pathways in areas such as Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity, Digital Health, PM Gati Shakti, Public Policy, Public Leadership etc. They are designed to provide government officials with deeper, structured learning pathways in priority thematic areas critical for future-ready governance. Each iGOT Specialization leads to a Specialisation Badge and additional Karma Points, creating recognition, motivation, and a clear pathway for continuous professional development across Ministries, Departments, and States/UTs.
3. Ministries/Departments, and State/UT Governments are therefore requested to encourage employees to access the new features of iGOT Karmayogi platform for professional development aligning to the goal of Viksit Bharat.
