NPS or UPS are governed by PFRDA under the supervision of Min of Finance. The subscriptions are being invested in stock markets to help the business tycoons. Of late, we have been observing stock markets are running into losses. Playing with employees hard earned money is a stupid action.

It is not understood how 8 CPC have access to revise pensions, unfunded in particular, when the revision of pensions is not included in TOR for 8 CPC. First of all gazette notification has to be revised by GOI for revision of pensions. Otherwise, what is the sanctity of 8 CPC recommendations. There is no meaning in discussion about revision of pensions with 8 CPC.
