Sub: Expenditure on light refreshment and working lunches at formal inter departmental and other meetings and conferences in Production Units (PUS).
Ref: Railway Board’s letter no.2018/Trans Cell/S&T/Refreshment dated 19.11.2018.
The matter regarding expenditure on light refreshment and working lunches at formal inter departmental and other meetings and conferences in Production Units has been deliberated in Board.
2. Accordingly, it has been decided to enhance the existing ceiling limit for Production Units for combined expenditure on light refreshments, working lunch, dinner etc. from Rs.15 lakh to Rs.25 lakh per annum.
3. This issues with concurrence of Finance Directorate and approval of Board (MF and Chairman & CEO).
