Your kind attention is invited to para 4.3 of this office letter of even number dated 08.03.2018 wherein instruction regarding identification of sensitive and non-sensitive posts in the Department of Posts was issued.
2. In this context, it is informed that post of Chief Postmaster in GPO was identified as Non-sensitive. The matter has been examined a fresh’ in this office. Since, Chief Postmaster in GPO handles transfer/postings, procurement within own unit, it has been decided that post of Chief Postmaster In GPO may be re-identified as Sensitive.
3. This may be brought to the notice of all concerned.
