Sub: Verification of membership strength of “All India Civil Accounts Officers (Sr. Accounts Officers and Accounts Officers) Association” under Central Civil Service (Recognition of Service Association) Rules, 1993.
Reference is invited to this office O.M. No. 11019/25/2018/MF.CGA/NGE/ AICAOA/103 dated 01.08.2019 and subsequent reminders dated 22.07.2020 and 17.08.2020, vide which information was sought from Principal Accounts Offices of the Ministries/Departments in the prescribed format. It is stated that to maintain uniformity in the membership verification, the details of such members of the Association are required whose subscription of deductions made from the Salary month of July, 2020.
It is requested that the requisite information in the prescribed format may be sent to this office latest by 10.09.2020. In case of NIL information, the same may also be furnished to this office.
This may be given priority.
