OFFICE MEMORANDUM

Subject: Integration of RRGEN AI Tool with RRFAMS portal for use of Ministries/Departments – regarding.

The undersigned is directed to inform that this Department has launched an AI-powered Recruitment Rules Generator Tool (RRGEN) for assisting Ministries/Departments in generating the Recruitment Rules (RRs) in the RRFAMS portal.

2. RRGEN has been trained with the guidelines issued by this Department for framing/amendment of recruitment rules. AI Generator elicits information on the subject post (number of posts, Level in the Pay Matrix, Classification) and then seeks information on similar details with respect to the feeder grade post including its method of recruitment and then suggests various options for choosing the appropriate method of recruitment. AI generator also poses questions on sequential basis on various aspects like probation, eligibility service for consideration of promotion, composition of DPC, standard notes etc., and assists in auto drafting and generating the 13-column schedule, in accordance with the guidelines issued by this Department.

3. The RRGEN transforms the complex RRs creation process into a simple, guided conversation and acts like an expert advisor and helps in drafting the perfect RRs through intelligence questions and automatic compliance checks.
4. The RRGEN Tool has been integrated with the existing RRFAMS portal for use of Ministries/Department. The link for RRGEN is available under the ‘New Entry → New RR Proposals’ option available in the top left corner of the RRFAMS home page.

5. Ministries/Departments are requested to make use of this facility and generate the draft RRs through the RRGEN.
