Subject: Procurement of Newspapers and Magazines through GeM Portal — reg.
The undersigned is directed to convey that newspapers and magazines have been available on GeM for more than five years and the Ministry of Commerce and Industries has recently revamped the services. However, in order to ensure optimal utilization, all Ministries/ Departments under them are requested to ensure that procurement of newspaper and magazines are done only through GeM portal, in accordance with the existing procurement guidelines.
2. This issues with the approval of the Competent Authority.
