COMMENTS
Since Aadhar is not a valid proof for DOB SPARSH should be persuaded by DOPPW not to deny family pension on grounds of mismatch with PPO and AADHAR. Sparsh should rely only on the date mentioned in the joint PPO and ignore it in the Aadhar. By this so many widows of ESM will be relieved from the trouble in getting it changed.
