Please refer to Board’s letter of even no. dated 11.01.2023, vide which Ministry of Finance’s OM dated 15.09.2022 on the subject matter was circulated to the Railways. Now Ministry of Finance vide their OM dated 29.07.2025 has made certain modifications in their Compendium dated 15.09.2022. A copy thereof is sent herewith for information and compliance. These instructions shall apply mzutatis-mutandis on the Railways also.
