Ref: Board’s letter no. F(E)III/2025/UPS/1 dated 04.07.2025.

Please find attached a copy of PFRDA’s circular No. PFRDA/2025/10/SUP-CG-SG/03 dated 16.09.2025 regarding the subject mentioned above.
It is reiterated that all UPS-related requests where online submission through CRA system is not possible, must continue to be submitted in physical form to the concerned Nodal Offices on or before 30.09.2025, as stipulated in the said circular. Zonal Railway must ensure that all DDOs take the necessary action of initiating the application on the portal within 3 days of the receipt of the application.
Necessary action may kindly be taken accordingly and the contents of the circular may be disseminated to all concerned DDOs/PAOs under your jurisdiction for strict compliance.
