Sub:- Confirmation of direct recruit DMOs and Sr. DMOs – regd.
Ref :- Boardโs letter of even number dated 22.02.2021.
Please refer to Boardโs letter of even number dated 22.02.2021 whereby clarifications were issued regarding Orientation/Induction Programme for direct recruit Divisional Medical Officers (DMOs) and it was interalia stated that no doctor should be considered for โConfirmationโ without having attended Induction training at NAIR/Vadodara.
2. The issue has been examined further and it been decided that if any doctor previously appointed as Assistant Divisional Medical Officer (Junior Scale) in IRHS has successfully completed Foundation Course at NAIR, Vadodara as an ADMO (Prob.), subsequently gets selected for direct recruitment to higher post i.e. DMO (Senior Scale) or Sr. DMO (JA Grade) through UPSC, he/she shall be exempt from the above said Orientation/Induction training at NAIR/Vadodara.
3. This also disposes Central Railwayโs letter No. P/CR/HQ/E-Gaz/280/6 dated 14.07.2021.
