Subject: De-empanelment of Private Health Care Organizations (HCOs) under CGHS, Guwahati panel – reg.
In pursuance of Ministry’s O.M. F.No.5-34/CGHS(HQ)/HEC/2025 (E-office No.8375449) dated 15.09.2026, the following HCOs are De-empanelled with effect from 16.09.2026, 12.00 Α.Μ.
The CGHS Beneficiaries already being treated in the HCO prior to issue of this O.M. shall however be continued to be provided treatment at CGHS rates till completion of their treatment and their bills would be uploaded in NHA Portal/concerned department with justification.
