EMPLOYMENT OF AGNIVEERS IN CIVIL AVIATION SECTOR

Will the Minister of CIVIL AVIATION be pleased to state:-
(a) whether the Ministry has drawn any plan of inducting the Agniveers into its various services;
(b) if so, the details thereof; and
(c) whether the Government would also impress upon private players in the Civil Aviation Sector to give preference to Agniveers in employment and if so, the details thereof?
ANSWER
Minister of State in the Ministry of CIVIL AVIATION (GEN. (DR) V. K. SINGH (RETD))
(a) to (c) Yes. The posts of Junior Assistant (Fire Fighting Services) and Private Security Agencies (PSA) for Non-Core functions have been identified for recruitment of Agniveers in Civil Aviation Sector.
Recruitment of Agniveers by PSA will be conducted in terms of HR regulations of the Private entities, their Security Programme and Quality Control Programme complying with the provisions under BCAS’ AvSec Order 04/2022 dated 08th June, 2022.

क्या नागर विमानन मंत्री यह बताने की कृपा करेंगे कि:
(क) क्या मंत्रालय ने अपनी विभिन्न सेवाओं में अग्निवीरों को शामिल करने की कोई योजना बनाई है;
(ख) यदि हां, तो तत्संबंधी ब्यौरा क्या है; और
(ग) क्या सरकार नागर विमानन क्षेत्र की निजी कंपनियों पर भी रोजगार में अग्निवीरों को वरीयता देने के लिए दबाव बनाएगी और यदि हां, तो तत्संबंधी ब्यौरा क्या है?

नागर विमानन मंत्रालय में राज्य मंत्री (जनरल) (डा.), विजय कुमार सिंह (सेवानिवृत्त)
(क) से (ग) जी हाँ। नागर विमानन क्षेत्र में अग्निवीरों की भर्ती के लिए गैर-प्रमुख कार्यों हेतु कनिष्ठ सहायक (अग्निशमन सेवाएं) और निजी सुरक्षा एजेंसियों (पीएसए) के पदों की पहचान की गई है।
पीएसए द्वारा अग्निवीरों की भर्ती, नागर विमानन सुरक्षा ब्यूरो (बीसीएएस) के दिनांक 08 जून, 2022 के विमानन सुरक्षा आदेश सं. 04/2022 के प्रावधानों के अनुपालन में निजी संस्थाओं के मानव संसाधन नियमों, उनके सुरक्षा कार्यक्रम और गुणवत्ता नियंत्रण कार्यक्रम के अनुसार की जाएगी।
