Corrigendum

Subject: Revised Guidelines to existing NTRP portal incorporating the new Banking arrangement norms and rules -reg.

Reference is invited to this office OM issued vide No. R-12001/8/2020-GBA-CGA-Part(2)/1199-1250 dated 22nd October 2021 (copy enclosed) on the subject cited above.

In partial modification in Para (3) of the Annexure (I) i.e. Service Level Agreement between Acquirer Bank and PGA of the afore-mentioned Office Memorandum, Competent Authority is accorded following amendment/s in the Mode of Collection of Funds:

“The Acquirer Bank through its Payment Gateway/ Aggregator Services would facilitate collection of funds on account of Government Revenue from General Public/ Companies/ Organisations/ Autonomous Bodies etc through the following modes:

1. 1. Net Banking
   2. Debit Cards
   3. Credit Cards (including Credit Card on UPI)
   4. Unified Payment Interface (UPI)/Bharat Interface for Money (BHIM)
   5. UPI/BHIM QR Codes

All the other terms & Conditions shall however remain unchanged as thereof in the original Office Memorandum.

This issues with the approval of Competent Authority.
