DA/DR from July 2026 @ 63% Confirmed will approve in Sep, 2026 3 प्रतिशत की वृद्धि के साथ जुलाई, 2026 से DA/DR 63 प्रतिशत निश्चित – CPI-IW for June, 2026 released
The All-India CPI-IW for June, 2026 increased by 1.1 points and stood at 151.9 points (one hundred fifty one point nine), according to the X Post issued by the Labour Bureau. With this Post, the DA/DR from July, 2026 has been confirmed. This month’s CPI-IW indicates a ३% increase in DA/DR for Central Government Employees and Pensioners, effective July, 2026, bringing it to 63.75% under the 7th CPC DA/DR. The DA/DR rate is calculated by taking the absolute value of the DA rate, leaving out the decimal value.
All speculations regarding future DA/DR have been resolved with this announcement. Consequently, the 63% DA/DR from July, 2026 is now confirmed and is expected to be approved by the Union Cabinet in September-October, 2026. It is confirmed that the 8th Central Pay Commission Fitment Factor will be decided based on a minimum factor of 1.60, merging the DA rate with the existing pay structure.
श्रम ब्यूरो द्वारा जारी एक्स पोस्ट के अनुसार जूून, 2026 के लिए अखिल भारतीय CPI-IW (औद्योगिक श्रमिकों के लिए उपभोक्ता मूल्य सूचकांक) में 1.1 अंक की वृद्धि दर्ज की गई है और यह 151.9 (एक सौ इक्यावन दशमलव नौ) अंक पर रहा। इस पोस्ट के साथ, जुलाई, 2026 से DA/DR की पुष्टि हो गई है। इस महीने का CPI-IW केंद्र सरकार के कर्मचारियों और पेंशनर्स के लिए जुलाई 2026 से DA/DR में 3% की वृद्धि दर्शाता है, जिससे 7वें वेतन आयोग का DA/DR 63.75% हो जाएगा। DA/DR दर की गणना DA दर के निरपेक्ष मान (absolute value) को लेकर की जाती है, जिसमें दशमलव मान (decimal value) को छोड़ दिया जाता है।
जुलाई, 2026 से DA/DR को लेकर सभी आकलन इस विज्ञप्ति के साथ समाप्त हो गई हैं। इस प्रकार, जुलाई 2026 से 63% DA/DR अब निश्चित हो गया है और संभवतः अगले सितम्बर-अक्तुबर, 2026 में केंद्रीय मंत्रिमंडल द्वारा इसे मंजूरी दी जाएगी। यह तय है कि 8वें केंद्रीय वेतन आयोग का फिटमेंट फैक्टर, मौजूदा वेतन ढांचे में दिनांक 01.01.2026 से DA (महंगाई भत्ते) की दर को मिलाकर, 1.60 के न्यूनतम फैक्टर के आधार पर तय किया जाएगा।

All-India Consumer Price Index for Industrial Workers (2016=100) for June, 2026 increased to 151.9 points from 150.8 points in May, 2026. The inflation during the month increased to 4.76 % from 4.72% in previous month.
