Virtual Pension Adalat through Video Conferencing on 20th September 2023 by CPAO

All Central Civil Pensioners are informed that CPAO, M/o Finance, D/o Expenditure, Trikoot-II, Bhikaji Cama Place-110066 is going to organize a Pension Adalat, which will be held on 20th Sep, 2023 through video conferencing facility.

Therefore, all Central Civil Pensioners/Family Pensioners (except Railway, Defence, Post and Telegraph) may visit CPAO website https://cpao.nic.in to register their grievances or send their grievance duly filled in the prescribed format through e-mail to Sr. Accounts Officers, Grievance Cell at [email protected] or via post to this office by 08th September, 2023. The prescribed format is available at CPAO website. To participate in Pension Adalat, a link will be sent one day before the Pension Adalat on your registered mobile number or e-mail. The resolution of grievance registered will be done through this link via video conferencing facility in the Pension Adalat, to be organized on 20th September, 2023. Kindly mention your PPO Number, Account Number, Contact Address and Mobile Number along with your grievance. If the grievance is being sent by post then “Pension Adalat-2023 (VC)” may be superscribed on the envelope.

सभी कंद्रीय सिविल पेंशनरों को सूचित किया जाता है कि केंद्रीय पेंशन लेखा कार्यालय एक पेंशन अदालत आयोजित करने जा रहा है जो कि दिनांक 20 सितंबर, 2023 को केन्द्रीय पेंशन लेखा कार्यालय, भीकाजी कामा प्लेस, त्रिकूट-I, नई दिल्ली-110066 दवारा वीडियो कॉन्फ्रेंसिंग के माध्यम से आयोजित होगी।

अत: सभी केंद्रीय सिवित्र सेवानिवृत्त कर्मचारियों (रेलवे, रक्षा, पोस्ट और टेलीग्राफ को छोड़कर) से अनुरोध किया जाता है कि वे अपनी शिकायत CPAO की वेबसाइट https://cpao.nic.in पर जाकर दर्ज कर सकते हैं या वरिष्ठ लेखा अधिकारी (शिकायत अनुभाग) को ई-मेल ([email protected]) अथवा डाक के माध्यम से निर्धारित प्रारूप में भरकर इस कार्यात्रय में दिनांक 08 सितंबर, 2023 तक भेज सकते है। निर्धारित प्रारूप CPAO वेबसाइट पर उपलब्ध है। पेंशन अदालत में भाग लेने के लिए, आपके पंजीकृत मोबाइल नंबर और ई-मेल पर पेंशन अदालत के एक दिन पहले एक लिंक भेजा जाएगा। इस लिंक के माध्यम से पंजीकृत शिकायत का निवारण दिनांक 20 सितंबर, 2023 को आयोजित होने वाली पेंशन अदालत में वीडियो कॉन्फ्रेंसिंग सुविधा के माध्यम से किया जाएगा। कृपया अपनी शिकायत के साथ अपना पी. पी. ओ. संख्या, खाता संख्या, संपर्क का पता एवं दूरभाष संख्या जरूर प्रेषित करें। यदि शिकायत डाक द्वारा भेजी जा रही है तो बंद ल्रिफाफे के शीर्ष पर ‘पेंशन अदालत 2023 (वी. सी.) अभिलेखित करें।

OFFICE ORDER

Central Pension Accounting Office is going to organize a Virtual Pension Adalat in this office through “Video Conferencing” on 20th September, 2023 (Wednesday) for prompt and quick redresssal of grievances of Central Government Civil Pensioners. For its smooth conduct, a committee under the supervision of Smt. Urvashi Roy, PAO (Pensioners Facilitation Cell) is hereby constituted with the following 12 members :-

Smt. Urvashi Roy, PAO will be the Nodal Officer who will coordinate within CPAO and ensure extensive preparations for smooth conduct of Pension Adalat. Further, all the committee members will examine the grievances of pensioners pertaining to their sections in advance received through e-mail or via post to this office by 08/09/2023 and resolve the same in the Virtual Pension Adalat.

This issues with the approval of Chief Controller(Pensions).
