Subject: De-empanelment of existing CGHS-empanelled Health Care Organisations (HCOs) whose empanelment has not been renewed-reg.
In accordance with the directions of the Competent Authority, it is hereby informed that the Health Care Organisations (HCOs) mentioned below have not completed the process of re-empanelment within the prescribed period i.e 15.09.2026.
Accordingly, the following HCOs have been de-empanelled from the panel of Empanelled HCOs under Central Government Health Scheme (CGHS), Lucknow with effect from 16.09.2026, in accordance with the instructions contained in Office Memorandum No. F.No. 5-34/CGHS(HQ)/HEC/2025 dated 15.08.2026 (copy enclosed) and Office Memorandum No. F.No. 5-34/CGHS(HQ)/HEC/2025 (e-Office No. 8375449) dated September 2026 (copy enclosed).
