(a) whether it is a fact that Ayurvedic units functioning at Devnagar, Karol
Bagh, Delhi Cantt, Jangpura etc. are not properly staffed as they are under the
control of Allopathic Dispensaries” Incharges;(b) whether it is also a fact
that the Incharges of these dispensaries do not pay due attention to the
requirements of these units leading to chaotic working condition for them;
and(c) whether Government would make specific provisions for these units
for proper staffing and proper maintenance for cleaning and nursing
orderly/peon etc.?
ANSWER
(a) There is no Ayurvedic Unit in Karol Bagh. Other units located in
Devnagar, Delhi Cantt, Jangpura are adequately staffed.(b) No. The CMOs
In-charge are responsible for proper functioning of all wings of the CGHS
Wellness Centres including Ayurvedic units. They are sensitized about it
regularly.(c) No such proposal is under consideration in this regard.

क्या स्वास्थ्य और परिवार कल्याण मंत्री यह बताने की कृपा करेंगे
कि:
(क) क्या यह सच है कि देवनगर, करोल बाग, दिल्ली कोट, जंगपुरा आदि स्थित सीजीएचएस
की कार्यरत आयुर्वेदिक इकाइयों में पर्याप्त कर्मचारी नहीं है क्योंकि वे एलोपैथिक
औषधालयों के प्रभारियों के नियंत्रणाधीन हैं;
(ख) क्या यह भी सच है कि इन औषधालयों के प्रभारी इन इकाइयों की आवश्यकताओं पर
पर्याप्त ध्यान नहीं देते हो जिससे उनके लिए अव्यवस्थित
कार्यकरण दशा उत्पन्न हैं जाती है; और
(ग) क्या सरकार इन इकाइयों में उचित कर्मचारी नियुक्त करने और सफाई और नर्सिंग
के लिए उचित व्यवस्था तथा अर्दली/चपरासी आदि के लिए विशिष्ट प्रावधान करेगी?

(क): करोल बाग में कोई आयुर्वेदिक एकक नहीं है। देवनगर, दिल्ली छावनी, जंगपुरा
में स्थित अन्य एककों में पर्याप्त कर्मचारी हैं।
(ख):जी नहीं। प्रभारी मुख्य चिकित्सा अधिकारी आयुर्वेदिक एककों समेत
के.स.स्वा.योजना के स्वास्थ्य केंद्रों के सभी खंडों के उपयुक्त कार्यकरण के
लिए उत्तरदायी हैं। उनको इसके बारे में नियमित रूप से सुग्राहित किया जाता है।
(ग) : इस संबंध में ऐसे किसी प्रस्ताव पर विचार नहीं किया जा रहा है।
