7th Pay Commission to submit its report on 19th Nov or 20th Nov: Mixed news in Media

Many leading news media are publishing/broadcasting the news that the Seventh Pay Commission will submit its report to Finance Ministry on tomorrow i.e. 19th Nov Thursday or 20 Nov Friday means before the Winter Session of Parliament.
The Hindu Daily News Paper has published in web version —-
7th pay panel to submit its report on Thursday
The Seventh Pay Commission will submit its report to Union Finance Minister Arun Jaitley on Thursday, recommending an increase in remuneration of Central government employees as well as pensioners.

“We are ready with the report and will submit it on November 19,” the Commission’s Chairman Justice A.K. Mathur told PTI.

But in article portion of DNA says– Central government is likely to announce a 15% hike in salaries starting from January 1, 2016, according to media reports.
The Seventh pay Commission is expected to submit the final report on November 20 to the Finance Ministry.
“We are ready with the report and will submit it on November 19,” the Commission’s Chairman Justice A K Mathur told PTI.

New Delhi: The much-awaited report of the seventh central pay commission looking into salary hikes for central government employees is likely to be submitted to finance minister Arun Jaitley this week.
The recommendations of the commission have to be implemented with effect from 1 January 2016 and are likely to further burden the government exchequer and put pressure on inflation.
In its medium-term expenditure statement released in August, the government said salary and pension expenditures are expected to rise by 15.8% and 16%, respectively, in 2016-17, thus exerting pressure on the fiscal deficit.
Conclusion: Many other media are highlighting that the 7th CPC will submit the report on 19th November.  Media sources are differ on the date but they are unanimously saying that 15% hike in Salaries is expected.
