GOI, DOPPW has cleared de-linking of 33 years for full pension to all central govt employees. PCDA also issued circular No C-149 for Defence civilian pensioners. Why there is delay in issuing letter from GOI, DESW & circular from PCDA for Ex-servicemen for the delinking of 33 years to full pension ? Same is applicable for Ex-servicemen also. Ex-servicemen have received OROP wef 01 Jul 2014. We are entitled for the period from 01 Jan 2006 to 30 Jun 2014. Authorities should take necessary action the matter.
