These instructions shall apply mutatis mutandis on the Railways also. The Department of Financial Services, Ministry of Finance’s notification No. 1/3/2016-PR dated 31.01.2019, mentioned in the O.M. dated 12.04.2019, has been circulated on Railways vide this office’s letter of even number dated 21.02.2019.
