Subject: Placing of TGT (Gde-I) at GP-5400 (PB-3) from GP-5400 (PB-2) as per recommendations of VI CPC.
MoD has issued CDS (RP) Rules, 2008 on 09.09.2008.ย An amendment in Serial No. 2. in Part XVI TEACHERS of the table under Section II, Part B of the First Schedule of the said Pay Rules has been made and a Gazette Notification (Extraordinary) has been published in the Government Egazette in this regard.
2.ย A copy of the same is being circulated to all the Administrative Divisions of MoD for their information.ย The same is also being uploaded on the website of MoD vide Link MoD>DoD>Employees Corner>Sixth CPC.

S.R.O. 12(E).โIn exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the constitution, the following corrigendum to Civilians in Defence Services (Revised Pay) Rules, 2008 is hereby issued:
(i) Serial No. 2, which relates to Trained Graduate Teacher, in Part XVI TEACHERS, of the table under Section II, Part B of the First Schedule to the CDS (Revised Pay) Rules, 2008 shall be modified as under:
