महोदय,
वर्तमान COVID-19 महामारी के बढ़ते प्रकोप के कारण, सक्षम अधिकारी दूवारा कर्मचारियों और अभिभावकों की सुरक्षा को ध्यान में रखते केन्द्रीय विद्यात्रयों में सत्र 2021-22 में प्रवेश की औपचारिकताओं को पूरा करने के लिए निम्नलिखित संशोधन किए जाने की स्वीकृति प्रदान की गई है-
1. The declaration of Class -1 admission to be done after 30th of April (instead of 23 April),depending on the situation.
2. DC’s to decide on the display of the admission list from class II to IX as per the exigencies of the State.
3. Class IX admission to be done on the basis of priority category. Admission test will not be conducted for admission in Class-IX.

COMMENTS
In the wake of the pandemic and related multiple difficulties people are facing all over the country in terms of family members getting affected with COVID, absence or unavailability of proper network for communication, the delayed announcement of application dates, several people have lost their chance to apply for school admissions. As it is known, it is difficult for a common man to get their child admitted to a good school with proper infrastructure, well-trained teachers, and conducive school ambiance. Hence, a lot of people are dependent on government schools and Kendriya Vidyalayas are renowned for their training.
It is a humble request to extend the registration dates to accommodate or give a second chance to those who have missed the admission announcements amidst all this mayhem.
