Subject: Grant of Non Productivity Linked Bonus (ad-hoc bonus) to the Central Government Employees for the financial year 2024-25.
The undersigned is to convey the approval of the Competent Authority to extend the provisions of Ministry of Finance (Department of Expenditure)’s O.M. No. 7/24/2007/E III(A) dated 29 September 2025 on the above subject for the JCO/ORs and Agniveers in the Army and equivalent ranks in the Navy and Air Force to grant the ad-hoc bonus for the financial year 2024-25, subject to the availability of requisite funds in the sanctioned budget provisions of Defence Services for the current financial year i.e. 2025-26.
2. The payment of Ad-hoc Bonus is to be effected by 17.10.2025.
3.. This issues with the concurrence of MoD (Finance) vide their ID Note No, 21(01)/2014/AG/PD/1i64 dated 7th October, 2025.
