Subject: Empanelment of Private Ayush Day Care Therapy Centres and Hospitals under CGHS through HEM Portal.
In reference to the subject cited above and the notified applicable package rates vide Office Memorandum (OM), F. No. S-11011/90/2016-CGHS/(HEC)/AYUSH/PT-1 dated 09.11.2017 (Annexure A) and OM vide F. No. S-11011/90/2016- CGHS/(HEC)/AYUSH/PT-II/255-281 dated 05.07.2023 (Annexure B) applications are hereby invited from Ayush Health Care Organisations (HCOs) from both existing empaneled HCOs and new applicants for empanelment under CGHS for treatment of CGHS Beneficiaries as per CGHS rates and terms & conditions stipulated below:
1. Invitation for Applications: HCOs that satisfy the prescribed eligibility criteria, expressly agree to the terms & conditions and unconditionally accept the notified CGHS package rates shall be considered for empanelment. The offer for empanelment is open to:
(a) IPD HCOs located in cities already covered under CGHS, as well as those situated within the municipal limits of district headquarters across India. and;
(b) Day care therapy centers in all CGHS covered cities.
2. Mandatory Compliance for Existing Day Care Centres and IPD HCOs:
(a) Existing empaneled HCOs both Day Care Centre and IPD HCOs shall complete onboarding onto HEM and execute the MoA on or before 30.09.2026, failing which they shall be de-empaneled with effect from 01.10.2026.
(b) All currently empaneled Ayush Health Care Organizations (HCOs) are hereby informed that they are required to submit fresh applications through the HEM portal.

- Day Care HCOs: A non-refundable application fee of %2,000/- shall be payable by Day Care HCOs. Day Care HCOs shall strictly comply with the revised empanelment guidelines issued vide Office Memorandum File No. 25-1/2018/CGHS/JD AYUSH- dated 11.08.2025 (Annexure C) and the corrigendum issued thereto- Office Memorandum-File No. 25-1/2018/CGHS/JD AYUSH dated 16.02.2026 (Annexure D) .
- IPD HCOs: No application fee shall be charged from IPD HCOs. IPD HCOs shall strictly comply with Office Memorandum (OM), F. No. S-11011/90/2016-CGHS/(HEC)/AYUSH/PT-1 dated 09.11.2017 and OM vide F.No.S-11011/90/2016-CGHS/(HEC)/AYUSH/PT-II/255-281 dated 05.07.2023.
Upon scrutiny of the applications and subject to their being found eligible and approved by the Committee, the HCOs shall be required to execute the Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) for continuation/new empanelment under CGHS. Applicants must upload all prescribed documents, certificates, undertakings, and relevant information on the portal, and any application submitted outside the portal or found incomplete in any respect may be liable for rejection for empanelment or renewal.
3. Extension of Empanelment: In view of the on boarding process in HEM, the validity of empanelment of existing Day care centers and IPD HCOs is extended till 30.09.2026.
4. CGHS Application Submission: Applications from eligible hospitals must be submitted through the dedicated portal: https://hem.nha.gov.in as detailed in Annexure E, E.l and E.II.
