    My suggestions…..
    (1) Initial appointment for 10 years only. Govt Services should be reviewed after every 5 years. It will enhance the productivity and efficiency. No permanent Job.
    (2) Reduction of Age of Govt employees from 60 to 55 years. By reduction employment will be generated.
    (3) No extension of services after 55 years of age. It will develop next generation leadership.
    (4) No Child care leaves.
    (5) Propose a Voluntary retirement scheme who have completed 25 years of service by providing a lucrative lump-sum amount. By doing this large number of vacancies will be created.
    (6) Review of Pay Structure after every 5 years depending upon the National / World Economy. It may increase or decrease.
    (7) Strict Action against the officers/Staff who are corrupt. Every Deptt should have a vigilance cell which will monitor the case and must have the powers to suspend the employees.
    (8) Enhance the Earned Leaves from 30 days to 45 days for employes who are working in other States. Ceiling of Earned leaves for other State Can be 420 days and for same State can be 360 days.
