Sub: Implementation of DAD Personnel Management System.

The report of Seventh Pay Commission is expected shortly and its implementation from 01.01.2016 will result in major changes in pay structure. Presently, Controller offices are using different softwares(developed locally or sourced from other office) for processing DAD Paybill and it will become very difficult to amend all the software and make them compatible with new pay structure.
In view of the above, it has been decided to implement DAD Personnel management System(including DAD Paybill) in all Controllers’ offices, developed under Project ‘Tulip’ by IT&SDC, Secunderabad. This will help in maintaining uniformity in the software all over the department and also smooth switching over to Seventh Pay Commission pay structure by making necessary amendments only in single software.
It is therefore requested to liaise with IT&SDC, Secunderabad for taking necessary prepatory actions(data conversion from legacy system, configuring Linux/Fedora Server etc) and complete your readiness by 31st December, 2015 in order to smooth switch over to new pay structure w.r.t. 01/01/2016.
