Multi-Tasking Staff Seniority and Promotion (Nineteenth Amendment) Regulations, 2020 – Inland Waterways Authority of India

INLAND WATERWAYS AUTHORITY OF INDIA NOTIFICATION

Noida, the 21st December ,2020

No. 14-IWAl/Estt./05/201 9.-In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 35 of the Inland Waterways Authority of India Act, 1985 (1982 of 1985), with the previous approval of the Central Government, the Inland Waterways Authority of India hereby makes the following regulations viz :

I. GENERAL

1. Short Title and Commencement :

(i) These regulations shall be called the Inland Waterways Authority of India Recruitment, Seniority and Promotion (Nineteenth Amendment) Regulations, 2020.

(ii) They shall be deemed to have come into force from the date of publication in the Gazette of India.

II. In the Inland Waterways Authority of India Recruitment, Seniority and Promotion Regulations, 1992 entry no. 22 relating to Peon/Farash/Watchman shall be substituted as Multi-tasking Staff (MTS) as indicated in schedule as follows :-
